RKB has designed a large 200,000 SF spec warehouse in the Myles Standish Industrial Park in Taunton. This project was a core and shell building that will be divided into various tenants in the future. The building is propose to have 4 equally sized tenants, each having their own aluminum and glass entrance. The project was completed in 2016.
