Located in Upland Woods Park, RKB renovated an existing 1970's Polaroid Corporation facility into a first-class office and R&D lab space for Aspect Medical (now Covidien). The build-out included a new facade, complete interior renovation, and climate controlled lab areas for the leading developer of Bispectral Index Technologies (BIS).The project was awarded the 2007 Project Innovations Award by Buildings Magazine.
